App Development

Brief

Filipino micro entrepreneurs are running businesses on a stack of QR codes and a phone full of payment apps. Paygr was built to end that. A mobile app that unifies how small businesses send, receive, and track money, replacing the scramble of competing tools with one secure, coherent platform. Peer-to-peer payments made simple. Every payment method in one place. Full visibility into every transaction. Built for people who should be running their business, not managing the chaos of collecting from it.

Challenge

Payments should be the easiest part of a business day. For micro and small business owners in the Philippines, they are the hardest. Multiple QR codes to manage. Several payment apps to juggle. Real, warranted anxiety about the security of every online transaction. The whole process is complicated, inefficient, and error-prone, and it drags on operations every single day. None of that has anything to do with running a good business. It is friction that exists purely because nobody built the right tool.

‍

Discovery

Fragmentation is the problem. Not any individual app, but the fact that a business owner has to hold five of them in their head at once. Consolidate the payment methods into a single interface and the mental load collapses. Add a complete overview of transaction activity and the guesswork disappears with it. Security cannot be an afterthought either, because trust is the currency of a small business that depends on getting paid. Solve for centralization, visibility, and safety together, and daily transactions stop being a chore.
